Conditions or reasons:
The temporary kitchen unit and all temporary associated structures (including the timber trellis) hereby permitted shall be removed from the site and the site restored to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority on or before the 26th April 2012.

Reason 01
The Council is not prepared to allow permanent retention of the structure in view of its appearance and ensure compliance with Polices SD1, D1, and D16 of the Unitary Development Plan, 2006.
Prior to the commencement of development, full details (including a sample) of temporary green ribbed roof material to be used on the development shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall subsequently be implemented in accordance with the approved details.

Reason 02
In the interest of visual amenity and ensure compliance with Policies SD1, D1, and D16 of the Unitary Development Plan, 2006.
Prior to the commencement of development, full details of the finish and colour of the temporary kitchen unit shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall subsequently be implemented in accordance with the approved details.

To in the interest of visual amenity and ensure compliance with Policies SD1, D1, and D16 of the Unitary Development Plan, 2006.
The use of the temporary kitchen unit for cooking or food preparation shall only be carried out during the hours of 10am until 11pm onlt Monday to Sunday.

To safeguard the amenities of neighbouring properties and the area generally and ensure compliance with Policies SE2 and E1 of the Unitary Development Plan, 2006.
Prior to the commencement of development, full details (including a sample) of the proposed trellis material to be on the development shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall subsequently be implemented in accordance with the approved details.
